  1. Situation around ERA Train Drivers Directive - Presentations about current development of Train Driver Directive with possible negative impact to the future of Traffic Psychology profession – strengthening positon of medical professions at expense of traffic psychologists, reduction of traffic psychologists’ competencies, no periodical check of psychological criteria. - Following discussion about possible actions that could influence the legislative development. Pointed out problem with missing evidence that psychological testing of healthy persons prevents traffic accidents. - EFPA should take part in Public consultations regarding ERA. Before that the arguments have to be prepared. Jenz will send others the document from ERA. Michaela will assign master thesis to her students in order to explore current state of art of validity of psychological assessment and traffic safety. Others will look for examples in their national legislative that would support our position.
  1. Website status - Discussed outdated status of the website (traffic.efpa.eu). Information on the website and about the members will be reduced to name and contact, and will be updated. Jenz already has this data.
  1. Presentation about Methodology and Checking Centre - Presentation about current situation of Traffic Psychology in Slovakia, problems and the vision of Methodology and Checking Centre that would assured quality standards of traffic psychologists. - Suggested survey that would explore status quo in other countries.
  1. Short speech from director of Traffic Police of Slovak republic - Representative of government spoke about cooperation with traffic psychologists and the impact of legislative measures on traffic safety in Slovakia.
  1. Future initiatives - Michaela will be responsible for research about validity of psychological assessment and traffic accidents. - Karol will make short survey about quality assurance in different countries. Results will be delivered to other members.
  1. Planning of next meeting - Erik proposed next meeting in October in Paris, French federation would like to create day of traffic before meeting. Erik will provide exact date from Federation. - Jens proposed next meeting in July in Amsterdam so the members could attend EFPA Congress, and also represent there SCTP and Traffic Psychology.
